I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were peaceful and very quiet, and my king size bed was incredibly comfortable. The spacious and well-designed layout of the room made my stay truly enjoyable. The service was top-notch, with the staff going the extra mile to help us and always being friendly and warm. The location, a bit further from the center but close to the Santa Justa train station, offered a comfortable stay with an extra large comfortable bed and a relaxed feel. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. Overall, a fantastic hotel with some minor drawbacks.

Although it didn't have a view and was not soundproof, it didn't bother me much. The service was amazing, very friendly and professional, although it seemed a little careless. The location was perfect for me, easily reaching the city center and near great onward rail links. The dining experience was the best bit for me with an amazing choice and fabulous pancakes.
